ManZhi 隐私政策
一、运营者
本应用由漫知（杭州）数字科技有限公司运营。本政策说明我们处理哪些信息、为何处理、保存位置以及您如何行使权利。
二、我们处理的信息
- 账户与登录：手机号、邮箱、验证码、用户名，以及 Sign in with Apple 提供的账号标识。
- 资料与家庭：您主动填写的昵称、头像、生日、地区、家庭成员资料、地址或发票信息。
- 学习数据：学习进度、题目结果、成绩、成就、徽章和偏好设置。
- 媒体数据：仅在您主动使用并授权时处理发音练习语音、头像图片或挑战视频。
- 购买数据：Apple 内购商品、交易标识和权益状态。我们不会获得您的完整银行卡信息。
- 设备与诊断：设备类型、系统版本、网络和 IP 信息、推送令牌、崩溃及性能日志，用于安全、消息和故障诊断。
三、系统权限
麦克风和语音识别用于发音练习；相机和照片用于头像、挑战录制或保存分享图片；通知用于站内消息提醒。权限只在相关功能需要时申请，拒绝不会影响无关功能，您可随时在系统设置中撤回。
四、服务提供方
为实现必要功能，ManZhi 可能使用 Apple（登录与内购）、RevenueCat（购买权益校验）、阿里云（云服务、短信与邮件）、讯飞（部分语音识别能力）和 Sentry（崩溃与性能诊断）。我们不会出售个人信息，并仅发送实现相应功能所需的数据。
五、存储与保存
归属中国数据平面的账户数据存储在中国境内；归属国际数据平面的账户数据存储在新加坡。必要服务提供方可能依据其公开政策在其他地区处理相关数据。我们仅在实现目的和履行法定义务所需期间保存信息，期满后删除或匿名化。
六、未成年人
未成年人应在监护人同意、监护和指导下使用。账户持有人为未成年人创建资料或提交其语音、照片、视频前，应确认具有监护资格并依法取得必要同意。监护人可联系我们查询、更正或删除相关信息。
七、您的权利
您可以在应用内查询或更正资料、管理系统权限，并在“设置 → 注销账号”发起删除账户。注销会删除账户资料、家庭资料和学习数据；法律要求保留的交易记录会在法定期限内隔离保存。您也可以联系我们申请访问、更正、删除或获取信息副本。

Manzhi (Hangzhou) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. operates this app. This policy explains the information we process, why we process it, where it is stored, and how you can exercise your rights.
Information we process
- Account data: phone number, email address, verification code, username, and identifiers provided by Sign in with Apple.
- Profile and family data: information you choose to provide, including nickname, avatar, birth date, region, family profiles, address, or invoice details.
- Learning data: progress, answers, scores, achievements, badges, and preferences.
- Media: pronunciation audio, avatar photos, or challenge videos only when you initiate the feature and grant permission.
- Purchases: Apple product, transaction identifier, and entitlement status. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Device and diagnostics: device and OS information, network and IP information, push token, crash data, and performance logs for security, messaging, and troubleshooting.
Permissions
Microphone and speech recognition support pronunciation practice; Camera and Photos support avatars, challenge recordings, and saved share images; notifications deliver in-app message alerts. Permissions are requested only when relevant, can be declined without affecting unrelated features, and can be withdrawn in system settings.
Service providers
We may use Apple for sign-in and purchases, RevenueCat for purchase verification, Alibaba Cloud for cloud services, SMS, and email, iFLYTEK for some speech recognition, and Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics. We do not sell personal information and disclose only what is needed for the relevant function.
Storage and retention
Accounts assigned to the China data plane are stored in China; accounts assigned to the international data plane are stored in Singapore. Necessary providers may process related data in other regions under their published policies. We retain information only as needed for the stated purposes and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Children
Minors should use the app only with a guardian’s consent, supervision, and guidance. Before creating a minor’s profile or submitting a minor’s voice, photo, or video, the account holder must have guardian authority and obtain consent required by applicable law. Guardians may contact us to access, correct, or delete related information.
Your rights
You can update profile information, manage system permissions, and initiate account deletion under Settings. Account deletion removes account, family, and learning data; transaction records required by law are isolated and retained only for the applicable legal period. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information.
