一、协议主体与接受

本协议是您与漫知（杭州）数字科技有限公司之间关于使用 ManZhi 应用及相关服务的约定。注册、登录或继续使用即表示您已阅读并同意本协议和隐私政策；未成年人应由监护人阅读并同意。

二、账户

您应提供真实、合法的信息并妥善保护验证码和登录凭证。不得转让、出售账户，不得使用自动化、攻击或欺诈方式访问服务。发现异常时请及时联系我们。您可以在应用设置中退出或注销账户。

三、学习服务与内容

应用提供语言学习、发音练习、学习记录和家庭资料等功能。学习结果仅供教育和练习参考。除法律另有规定外，应用中的软件、文字、音频、图像、角色及编排受知识产权法律保护，不得未经授权复制、传播或商业使用。

四、Apple 内购

iOS 数字内容通过 Apple In-App Purchase 购买，付款、退款及家庭共享规则以 Apple 条款为准。可恢复商品可通过应用内“恢复购买”重新同步。商品名称、价格和包含内容以购买页面与 App Store 展示为准。

五、用户内容

您对主动提交的头像、语音、照片或视频拥有相应权利，并授权我们仅为提供所选功能进行必要处理。不得提交违法、侵权、侮辱或危害他人的内容。我们可以依法限制或移除违规内容。

六、服务变更与责任

我们会维护服务安全和可用性，并可为修复故障、符合法律或改善功能进行更新。因不可抗力、网络运营商或第三方平台造成的短暂中断，我们会在合理范围内协助恢复。法律不允许排除的责任不受本条限制。

七、适用法律与联系

本协议适用服务提供地的强制性消费者保护规则及中华人民共和国法律。争议应先友好协商；法律另有强制管辖规定的，从其规定。

ManZhi Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms are between you and Manzhi (Hangzhou) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and govern use of the ManZhi app and related services. By registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A guardian must review and agree for a minor.

Accounts

Provide lawful and accurate information and protect verification codes and credentials. Do not sell or transfer accounts or use automation, attacks, or fraud to access the service. Contact us if you detect misuse. You can sign out or delete your account in Settings.

Learning service and content

The app provides language learning, pronunciation practice, learning records, and family profiles. Results are for education and practice only. The software, text, audio, images, characters, and arrangement are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without authorization.

Apple In-App Purchase

Digital content on iOS is purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple’s terms govern payment, refunds, and Family Sharing. Eligible products can be synchronized through Restore Purchases. The purchase screen and App Store listing describe the applicable product, price, and included content.

User content

You must have rights to any avatar, voice, photo, or video you submit. You authorize us to process it only as needed for the feature you choose. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material. We may restrict or remove material as required by law.

Changes and liability

We maintain service security and availability and may update the service to fix issues, comply with law, or improve features. We will reasonably assist with interruptions caused by force majeure, carriers, or third-party platforms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and contact

Mandatory consumer protections where the service is offered continue to apply, together with applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China. Parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably; mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
